We get alot of new members asking about how their kids should train at home to keep up with the classes. So we decided to provide your very own Training Program.

Get your child to do these basic exercises everyday, on top of practicing the techniques that they will be learning each session. It should only take 20-30 minutes!

Here’s your child’s Daily INVINCIBLE Training Program:

a) FUNDAMENTALS: These are the core drills they should be practicing regularly to build their foundations and basics.

  1. CARDIO: 20 Star Jumps
  2. STRENGTH: 10 x Elbows-In Push Ups
  3. STRENGTH: 10 x Sit Ups
  4. STRENGTH: 10 x Tuck Jumps
  5. FLEXIBILITY: Stretching (Same routine as in class)
  6. SKILLS: 50 x Straight Punches
  7. SKILLS: 10 x Kicks (ie. Front Kick, Roundhouse Kick, Push Kick, Side Kick)
