The Invincible Juniors™ Program is a unique kids development program that takes a holistic approach to building kids aged 4-16+ to be extraordinary physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.

DEVELOP POSITIVE HABITS

Research shows that a child’s early influences and role models have major impacts on their habits, identity and values throughout life, especially from the ages of 4-9. Every Invincible class is run in a positive, supportive and engaging environment. All accredited Invincible Instructors are trained to be positive role-model to help your child to build life-long success habits and achieve success throughout their life.

CHARACTER BUILDING

The program is designed to help your child develop self-confidence, leadership skills and prevent bullying. Each session covers a valuable life success skill such as goal-setting, perseverance, focus, respect, teamwork, character and more. Every lesson begins with a unique Invincible Mindset™ Talk to set the key focus of the class.

What can my child gain from the Invincible Juniors program?

Watch your child thrive as they build self-confidence, sharpen their focus, and develop essential listening and character skills, all while improving their physical strength, flexibility, and learning gymnastics and self-defense. With nearly two decades of experience and thousands of success stories, our program has a proven track record of transforming kids.

How do I know if my child will enjoy martial arts?

The best way to find out is to try a Discovery class! We offer a risk-free session so your child can experience the fun and excitement of martial arts firsthand. It’s a great way to see if they enjoy the program, and also for us to see if they are a good fit for our community! Fill out the form above and one of our friendly team will help you book in your first session.

How often are the classes, and what’s the time commitment?
We are a full-time centre, open 6 days week, offering flexible class schedules to accommodate busy families. 
Our session times include: 4pm, 4:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:10pm, 5:30pm, 5:35pm, and 6:30pm (teens only).
Most students attend classes 2-3 times per week, but we also offer more frequent sessions for those who want to advance more quickly. 
What should my child wear for their first class?

For their first class, your child can wear comfortable athletic clothing, such as a black t-shirt and pants. We provide a uniform for ongoing training after joining. Just bring a positive attitude and be ready to have fun!

Are parents allowed to watch the classes?

Yes, parents are welcome to watch and cheer on their children from our designated viewing area. We believe parental support is crucial to a child’s success.
