Yesterday , Wednesday 5th of November, the Invincible Seminar Team joined up with Dean and Arman from Sydney Self Defence to run workshops up in Terrigal. The drive started at 6:30 am and arrived at the Toukley Camp at around 10am where we had an awesome day inspiring the leaders of the school. After opening their eyes to a new perspective in life they are hit with a physical workshop from Sydney Self Defence where they learn how to morally and legally defend themselves.
